نحن نسعى جاهدين لتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة لعملائنا. نحن نتفهم أنه في بعض الأحيان قد لا يلبي المنتج توقعاتك، ونريد ضمان رضاك.

أهلية الإسترجاع

لكي تكون مؤهلا للإسترجاع، يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي عبوته الأصلية، وفي نفس الحالة التي استلمتها بها. على الرغم من أننا لن نغطي التكاليف اللوجستية لعملية الإسترجاع، إلا أن هناك رسوم شحن عودة قياسية.

 

الخدمات اللوجستية للإسترجاع

لراحة عملائنا، سنقوم بتنسيق العملية اللوجستية للمرتجع. سيوفر لك فريقنا إرشادات مفصلة حول كيفية تعبئة المنتج وشحنه إلينا، بالإضافة إلى معلومات الاتصال الخاصة بالمندوب الذي اخترناه. يرجى التأكد من أن المنتج معبأ بإحكام لمنع أي ضرر أثناء النقل.

 

عملية استرداد الأموال

عند استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنقوم بمعالجة استرداد أموالك في غضون يومي عمل. سيتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة عن طريق المعاملة المصرفية الفورية أو المحفظة الإلكترونية. إذا كنت تفضل الاستبدال، فسنساعدك في اختيار منتج بديل يلبي احتياجاتك.

 

المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة

إذا تلقيت منتجا تالفا أو معيبا، فيرجى الاتصال بفريقنا على الفور. سنقوم بترتيب الاستبدال أو استرداد الأموال، حسب تفضيلاتك.

 

 

Return policy

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact your dedicated customer service representative within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. While we will not cover logistics costs for domestic returns, there is a standard return shipping fee. 

 

Reverse logistics

For the convenience of our customers, we will coordinate the reverse logistics process for your return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to package and ship the product back to us, plus contact information for our chosen carrier. Please ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

 

Refund processing

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued via instant bank transaction or E-Wallet. If you prefer an exchange, we will assist you in selecting an alternative product that meets your needs.

 

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our team immediately.

 We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
